Introduction
Swedish Chocolate Balls (Chokladbollar) are one of the most popular treats in Sweden . Besides being amazingly tasty, they're super easy to make. You can eat them plain, or dress them up for a special occasion.

How to make it:
Stir together butter and sugar until well combined. (You can do this by hand with a large spoon.)
Add vanilla sugar/vanilla, cocoa powder, and oats and stir until oats are distributed evenly throughout the butter mixture.
Form into balls (about 16) and put on a plate in the refrigerator to set.
Optional: While still sticky, roll balls in pearl sugar, coconut, or sprinkles. (Sprinkles aren't traditional Swedish, but they're fun!)
**I use a combination of quick oats and old fashioned. You can make it with all quick oats if you'd like.
Ingredients
10 T butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 T vanilla sugar (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
3 T cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups oats
Optional: dried coconut, pearl sugar, sprinkles
