Creamy Chicken Enchiladas

Our lasagna is 4 layers of creamy goodness! We start with lean ground beef in our very own sauce, and layer that with lasagna noodles and our creamy mix of cheeses & sour cream. And don't forget to top it off with shredded mozzarella!

Oven

If frozen, thaw in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 375 F. Remove lid, spray with cooking spray and replace on pan. Bake, covered, for 40-50 minutes. Remove lid and bake another 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly, and center is warmed through.

Bake from frozen: Bake, covered, at 375 F for 90 minutes. Remove lid and bake an additional 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly, and center is warmed through.
