Crockpot/Slow Cooker

If frozen, thaw in refrigerator. Pour pork roast and sauce into slow cooker. Cook on low 6-8 hours.

Half Size Cooking Instructions

Crockpot/Slow Cooker

If frozen, thaw in refrigerator. Pour pork roast and sauce into slow cooker. Cook on low 6-8 hours.

Suggestion

Cook entire roast at once. Freeze half of the meat for a quick dinner later.

Serving Suggestions

​Use this meat to make tacos, wraps, burritos, taquitos, tamales, taco salad, or just serve over your favorite rice. Top with sour cream, shredded cheese, fresh cilantro, and lime.
