Thank you so much for taking the time to look over our policies. This information will really help as you plan your event with us.
Booking : Private Groups must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance. Book!
Group Size : We require a minimum of 8 guests paying for a full set of dinners. We do allow order splitting, so you may order 16 half size to share between two people and each prep your own set of 8 half size at the same station. Please notify us in advance if this is the case.
Locations : We have two locations available for holding your event. Springville may accommodate up to 10 guests. Pleasant Grove may accommodate up to 16 guests.
Menu Selection : You may choose up to 8 different menu items for your session. Please note that you are only permitted up to 3 menu items requiring cooking, and these will usually add time to your session. See the menu.
Host Discount : Once at least 7 guests have paid (not including the host), we will send the host a discount code to get $20 off their booking! (Hosts should wait to sign up until they receive their discount code.)
All hosts will also receive a fresh loaf of Cast Iron Bakery Sourdough Bread made at Lemon & Sage Artisan Kitchens.
Payment : All attending guests must make payment at least 7 days before your event. This will give us the time we need to shop and prepare your food.
If not paid in a timely manner, we may have to cancel your event.
Allergies : We have a list of common allergens in each of our menu items. Please let us know if you have any questions about specific dishes. We offer the option for gluten free meal prep at an additional $10 charge. You must notify us at least 7 days before your session to insure gluten free ingredients. We must also note that, while we prepare gluten free meals separately and with an abundance of caution, they are stilled prepared in a facility that processes wheat products.
Day of Your Session :
As per the Health Department, all guests are required to wear masks. Please bring one with you. We do have some just in case anyone forgets. We also provide gloves, a hand washing station, and hand sanitizer. Staff and guests will be required to have their temperature checked upon arrival. We ask that guests do not attend if they, or anyone in their household, are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms. Please let us know if this is the case so we can help you make other arrangements to get your dinners. Guests may send someone in their place if they are not able to attend themselves.
Remember to bring a cooler (50-60 qt) with wheels, or something similar, to get your dinners home. It will be a lot of food!
