Private Groups

Policies
Thank you so much for taking the time to look over our policies. This information will really help as you plan your event with us.
Welcome!

Booking :
Private Groups must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance. We need a little time to prep all of your food (it's a LOT of food!), plus, the dates you want may not be available on short notice. You can ask with less notice, but we can't guarantee that we'll be able to accommodate you.
Group Size :
We require a minimum purchase of 8 sets of dinners to hold a private group. Guests may choose to prep 8 or 16 meals that feed 3-4, or 8 meals that feed 6-8.
Location :
We are located at 151 South Main Street in Springville. Our kitchens comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, but we may be able to fit a few more upon request.
Menu Selection :
You may choose up to 8 different menu items for your session. Please note that you are only permitted up to 2 menu items requiring cooking, and these will usually add time to your session. You are also limited to only adding 4 premium menu items (menu items with a star next to them) to your session. If you would like to add additional premium dinners, each guest will be charged an additional $4 per premium menu item over the four menu item limit. Please reach out with any questions regarding this policy.
Group Discount :
Your group will receive at least a 25% discount off the regular price of your meals.
Group Rates:
8 meals (feed 3-4): $199
16 meals (feed 3-4): $349
8 meals (feed 6-8): $349
Payment :
All attending guests must make payment at least 7 days before your event. This will give us the time we need to shop and prepare your food.
If not paid in a timely manner, we may have to cancel your event.
Allergies :
We have a list of common allergens in each of our menu items. Please let us know if you have any questions about specific dishes.
We offer the option for gluten free meal prep. You must notify us at least 7 days before your session to ensure gluten free ingredients. We must also note that, while we prepare gluten free meals separately and with an abundance of caution, they are still prepared in a facility that processes wheat products.
Many of our menu items are also dairy-free, or may be easily modified to be dairy-free. Just ask if you have any questions.
Day of Your Session :
Remember to bring a cooler (or 2!) (50-60 qt) with wheels, or something similar, to get your dinners home. It will be a lot of food! Bring an apron and your Dinner Crafts binder, if you have one. We have extra aprons if you forget, and all new guests will get a binder for their take-home instructions.
