Otherwise known as "Beef Burgundy", you can slow-cook this French comfort food to perfection in your own kitchen! We make ours with Burgundy cooking wine, mushrooms, carrots, and potatoes. Feel free to add some pearl onions and fresh parsley! Serve alone with a deliciously crusty artisan bread, or add a side of mashed potatoes for an even more filling dish.
