Cilantro Lime Rice



Fragrant basmati rice, infused with the zesty essence of fresh lime juice and the aromatic kick of cilantro, creates a flavorful side that perfectly complements your favorite Tex-Mex dishes.

Cilantro Lime Rice

How to make it:

Rinse rice and add to pot (you may also use a rice cooker).

Add water, bouillon, onion, cilantro, and oil. Stir to combine.

Cook rice according to instructions on packaging, or use a rice cooker.

Squeeze lime juice over cooked rice and lightly mix to spread juice and fluff up rice. *You may also add lime zest if you'd like.

Garnish with fresh cilantro.


1 c basmati rice

2 c water

1 T chicken bouillon

1/2 tsp onion flakes

1/4 bunch fresh cilantro

1 T oil

1/2 fresh lime or 2 T lime juice
