Honey Dijon Cream Sauce

Introduction

Turn your extra cup of Honey Dijon Marinade into a delicious cream sauce that will perfectly compliment your Honey Dijon Pork Tenderloin.

Honey Dijon Cream Sauce

How to make it:

Pour marinade into a saucepan. Warm over medium heat.

Mince or press garlic and add to pot. Add all other ingredients and mix well.

Bring to a simmer and turn heat to low. Allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

If thicker sauce is desired, use a cornstarch and water slurry to reach desired thickness. Start with 1 tsp cornstarch--you don't want to make your sauce too thick.

If you're making a full size batch, just double all of the ingredients and use all of your marinade.

*If you don't do cooking wine, you may substitute with an equal amount of chicken broth.

1-2 cloves of garlic

1/2 tsp chicken bouillon
