Awesome dipping sauce for potstickers, dumplings, egg rolls, spring rolls, or wontons.
How to make it:
Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, water, brown sugar, sesame oil, and sriracha in a small bowl. Whisk until well combined.
Mince or press garlic and add to bowl. Peel and mince ginger and add to bowl. Whisk together. Chop green onions and add to bowl. Stir to combine.
Cover and set aside for about 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 T rice vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 tsp brown sugar
1 T green onions, chopped
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp fresh ginger
2 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp sriracha (optional)
